Overpayment benefits by Social Security
I received a letter stating that social security over paid me for the years 09-11, I complied with all of the qualification and now they are saying I still owe them. I reported all of my income to them from 09-present. Why am I being held liable for their mistake. I am told they are going to start taking their money back until the overpayment is paid. How do I fight this situation.
